These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at madeinusadisplays.com (the “Site”) and any quotes, orders, products, or services provided by Made In USA Displays (“Made In USA Displays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
Made In USA Displays is a custom corrugated display manufacturer based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We design, print, and produce retail display solutions, including shelf displays, case stackers, pole toppers, dump bins, standees, and case cards, for brands, distributors, brokers, and retail service companies across the United States.
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with their use of the Site. You may not:

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, photography, videos, design elements, and logos, is owned by Made In USA Displays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the artwork, designs, brand assets, trademarks, logos, and other materials you provide to us (“Customer Materials”). By submitting Customer Materials, you grant Made In USA Displays a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify those materials solely as necessary to quote, proof, produce, and deliver the displays you have ordered.
You represent and warrant that:
You agree to indemnify and hold Made In USA Displays harmless from claims arising from Customer Materials supplied at your direction.
Any dielines, structural designs, engineering drawings, prototypes, or production-ready files created by Made In USA Displays remain the property of Made In USA Displays unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are provided free of charge based on the specifications you submit. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the artwork, dimensions, materials, quantities, and timelines specified at the time of quoting. Changes to any of these may result in revised pricing.
A quote does not constitute an order. An order is created only after you have accepted the quote in writing and any required deposit has been received.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 25 displays per job unless otherwise agreed in writing. All orders are subject to acceptance by Made In USA Displays. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, inability to meet specifications, or material availability issues.
You are responsible for providing print-ready files in the formats we accept, including AI, PDF, EPS, or other formats specified by us in writing. If you require design support, it may be available for an additional fee quoted separately.
Before full production, we may provide a printed prototype or virtual proof for your review and approval. Production will not begin until we have received your written approval.
By approving a proof or prototype, you confirm that the artwork, copy, color, structure, dimensions, and other specifications are correct. Made In USA Displays is not responsible for spelling errors, color issues, image quality issues, structural issues, or dimensional issues that appear in approved files. Any reprints or corrections requested after approval will be at your expense.
Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews and may differ between production runs due to variations in materials, ink, equipment, and substrate. Reasonable color variation is not considered a defect.
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guarantees. Typical lead times are:
Timelines may be affected by holidays, supply chain issues, artwork revisions, approval delays, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. Rush orders may be available subject to production capacity and additional fees.
All pricing is in U.S. dollars and is stated in your accepted quote. Unless otherwise noted, pricing does not include applicable taxes, shipping, or freight.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Payment terms for established trade partners may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. You agree to reimburse Made In USA Displays for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees, where permitted.
You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless you provide a valid exemption certificate.
Displays are shipped knock-down flat unless otherwise agreed. Shipping methods, carriers, and related costs will be confirmed at the time of order. Delivery dates are estimates only. Title to and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier (FOB Pompano Beach, Florida), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Made In USA Displays is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by the carrier after shipment.
You must inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt and report any visible damage to both the carrier and Made In USA Displays within five (5) business days of delivery.
Once an order has been accepted and production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If we are able to accommodate a cancellation or change, you will be responsible for materials, labor, and other costs incurred up to that point, plus any reasonable cancellation fee.
Made In USA Displays warrants that displays will substantially conform to the approved proof or prototype and will be free from material defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. Claims for defects must be made in writing within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, will be, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the affected portion of the order.

Custom-printed displays are not eligible for return except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Except as expressly set out in these Terms, the Site and our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Made In USA Displays disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, as well as warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made In USA Displays, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any products or services provided by us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Made In USA Displays and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Made In USA Displays will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, equipment failure, or carrier delay.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any accepted quote, signed agreement, or written purchase order between you and Made In USA Displays, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede prior agreements or understandings. Any pre-printed terms on a customer purchase order that conflict with these Terms will not apply unless expressly accepted by Made In USA Displays in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
